The following checklist is designed to assist you in preparing to book rooms for delegates attending convention from your chapter. Please note that the link for housing will be found in your registration confirmation message.
BEFORE YOU BOOK YOUR ROOMS:
□ How many rooms will you need and what are the special needs of those arriving?
□ What are the names of the delegates for which you require lodging?
□ Do you have a credit card to hold your reservation?
Note: If you wish to pay with a check for your reservation(s), you will need to do the following:
Include the following information on all checks:
PSE Annual Convention 2018
First & Last Name under which each room reservation is held
Arrival and Departure dates
You will need to mail your check payment to the appropriate hotel at least two weeks before your arrival. Hotels will NOT accept a check payment onsite.
□ Six weeks prior to convention, revisit your housing needs and make sure you have an adequate number of rooms and that names are assigned to those rooms. We encourage releasing rooms you don’t need immediately.
□ Did you receive your confirmation for your hotel reservation(s)?
