PSE will provide the following meals at convention:
Northwest Italian Buffet
Caesar salad, vegetarian polenta Pomodoro with fresh mozzarella, Italian sausage with peppers and onions, buttered penne, meatballs, roasted garlic marinara and alfredo cream sauces, served with fresh garlic bread, grated parmesan, and crushed red pepper. Served with lemon crème cake, iced tea, and coffee/tea/decaf.
Saturday Lunch (you will make your selection when registering online)
- Smoked Ham & Swiss Sandwich
- Seasonal Vegetable Sandwich
- Southwest Chicken Salad
All boxed lunches served with chips, pasta salad, gourmet cookie, and bottle of water
Saturday Dinner Awards Banquet
From the Farm Buffet
House salad with cucumber, carrot and tomato with Italian and ranch dressings. Marinated tri-tip of beef with black peppercorn Demi-glace, rosemary and lemon marinated chicken breast with saffron jus, lentil and rice pilaf, buttery mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Served with dessert, iced tea, and coffee/tea/decaf.
Saturday and Sunday Breakfasts are on your own!
