Bellevue Arts Museum is a place that ignites the mind and fuels creativity. With its unique focus on art, craft and design, BAM connects people of all ages with extraordinary works by Northwest artists while bringing national and international exhibitions to the community. They are dedicated to conversation and helping people connect with art and artists; past or present, experimental or established.
The Bellevue Botanical Gardens are owned and maintained by the City of Bellevue, in conjunction with the Bellevue Botanical Garden Society and Garden Partners. Highlights include the Northwest Perennial Alliance Border, Waterwise Garden, Yao Garden and summer displays of dahlias and fuchsias. Each Saturday and Sunday there are tours that begin at 2 p.m. Best of all, it’s free.
Bellevue has several fun shopping areas, including their “Old Bellevue” shopping district, complete with quaint, friendly shops, delis and restaurants. Note that the Hyatt Regency Bellevue is across the street from what is known as The Bellevue Collection and it is easily accessible from sky bridges!
