Any member in good standing may submit an amendment(s) to the PSE State Bylaws. All proposals will be reviewed by the Bylaws & Resolutions Committee. The committee will review the proposals and recommend a position to the Board of Directors. Proposals are presented for consideration to the delegates at the annual convention.
